At AQUIKO we understand that not every invert has a sill or step along its base. It is also frequently advantageous for a designer to have the invert of a pipe or box culvert flush with the chamber or headwall it is intersecting. The usual solution to this problem is to provide a recess for the base of a penstock to be cast into which is far from ideal as it requires additional formwork and curing time for the aggregate used to cast in the base of the penstock. AQUIKO’s solution is to supply our flush invert penstock where the bottom sealing face is a stainless-steel strip which can be anchored into the concrete invert, no casting, no formwork, no worries.

AQUIKO Flush Invert Penstocks can be built to match our customers specification. Please fill in the form with your requirements and we will get back to you.
