How the WaStop works
The WaStop uses a flexible membrane that opens under the pressure of normal flow and closes when flow stops or reverses. It works on differential pressure alone, so it needs no electricity, no floats and no hinges. When it is closed it seals positively, which stops backflow and keeps sewer odours and rodents out of the pipe.
Because it opens at a low head, a WaStop loses less head than a flap valve or duckbill of the same bore. A 215mm WaStop achieves the same head loss as a typical 300mm+ duckbill valve.

The WaReg Flow Regulator suits most applications and it is available from DN75 - DN400 for flow from 2 l/sec to 200 l/sec. WaReg models up to DN250 are tested for flow by us at Wapro to ensure the correct flow rate is set before delivery. The flow rate can be adjusted post-installation within a certain range. -

WaStop RSD is designed to be installed inline on the sewer lateral. Remove a section of pipe and install the WaStop RSD valve using slide couplings to seal in place.
