The 600 Series Headwalls are one-piece reinforced concrete structures, designed to accommodate up to 600mm twinwall pipes or 450mm concrete pipes. Built for strength, precision, and durability, these headwalls provide a reliable solution for outfall protection and water flow control.
Available in three standard heights—1m, 1.5m, and 2m—each unit is precast under controlled factory conditions to ensure consistent quality and accuracy. RD20 lifting points are cast in for easy installation, and stainless steel sockets are included for the attachment of gratings. A 300mm or 700mm toe can be incorporated for added stability.
